ZOMBIE PROM

The Alan B. Shepard High School Music Department presents its annual musical theatre production. This years show is ZOMBIE PROM. Sort of like Grease meets The Walking Dead. How does a teen-age nuclear zombie convince the girl of his dreams to go to the prom with him? - - - To find out, join us. Tickets available in the choir office or online at absmusicaltix@yahoo.com .Shows are at 7:00 p.m. Thursday the 6th and Friday the 7th and 2:00 p.m. & 7:00p.m. Saturday the 8th see Mr. Fallon for additional information.

BOYS CROSS COUNTRY TEAMS

Congratulation to the Varsity boys cross country teams on advancing to next weeks IHSA Sectional meet by taking 3rd place at the Sandburg IHSA Regional meet last Saturday. Caleb Washington was the individual regional champion, the first time in school history. Varsity Astro of the Meet went to Paul Milkus.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
Coach DiFoggio
Coach DiFoggio will run a strength and conditioning program that is geared towards baseball/softball players beginning Monday November 3rd from 6:15-7:30 AM. The program will run every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:15 AM to 7:30 AM in the gym and weight-room until March.
